Tanflow Ventures Private Limited ("Tanflow", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.tanflow.com, why we collect it, and the rights you hold - consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

• Information you submit: name, work email, phone, company, product interest and message content, when you request a demo, contact us, download resources or enquire about partnership.
• Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent and the page from which a form was submitted - captured with each submission for security and anti-abuse purposes.
• Cookies: an essential session cookie, your cookie-consent choice, and - only if you accept optional cookies - analytics identifiers. See the Cookie Policy.

2. Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiries and demo requests (legitimate business purpose / consent by submission)
• To provide requested downloads and follow up on your evaluation
• To protect the website against abuse (rate limiting, security logging)
• To understand aggregate site usage - only with your analytics consent

3. Storage and security

Form submissions are stored in our database with access restricted to authorised personnel. We apply the controls we sell: encrypted transport (TLS), least-privilege access, and audit logging of administrative activity. We retain lead data for as long as a business relationship or enquiry remains active, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: (a) our authorised sales partners, when your enquiry relates to a territory or account they serve; and (b) service providers that host our infrastructure, under contractual confidentiality.

5. Your rights
