These terms govern your use of www.tanflow.com, operated by Tanflow Ventures Private Limited. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use this site

This website is directed at businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to use it or to send us anything through it. By doing so you confirm that you are of an age to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that where you are acting for an organisation you are authorised to act for it.

We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18, which is the age the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 uses for a child.

2. Website content

Content on this website - including product descriptions, comparison material and downloadable resources - is provided for general information about Tanflow products and services. It does not constitute a contractual offer, warranty or professional advice. Product capabilities, specifications and availability may change without notice.

3. Intellectual property

The Tanflow name, logo, product names and all website content are the property of Tanflow Ventures Private Limited or its licensors. You may view the site and download our brochures to evaluate our products; any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

Brochures are released to you after you complete the request form on the resources page. Access is granted to your browser session and lasts a day, so a link copied out of it will not work for someone else.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website - including attempting unauthorised access, probing or scanning beyond responsible-disclosure norms, submitting false information through forms, or interfering with the site's operation. Forms are rate-limited and submissions are logged with the IP address they came from.

5. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Personal data and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, the purpose of each item, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and the rights you hold as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It forms part of these terms.

Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site and protect its forms are set on every visit. Optional categories set nothing unless you turn them on, and you can grant or withdraw that consent at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to use this site or to contact us. The Cookie Policy lists every cookie by name.

Where our software runs inside a customer's environment, or where we operate a system on a customer's instructions under a separate agreement, that customer decides how the personal data in it is used and their own notice governs it rather than ours.

The Tanflow Authenticator mobile application has its own privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanflow Ventures Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Product purchases and deployments are governed by separate written agreements, which prevail over this website's content.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

9. Grievances

If you have a complaint about these terms, about this website, or about how we have handled your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer at contact@tanflow.com, or at DCG01-310, DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana 122004, India, marking it for their attention. We will acknowledge it and respond within the period the law allows.

For a grievance about personal data specifically, if we do not resolve it you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the website after a change is acceptance of it. A change to how we handle personal data is treated differently, because consent cannot be updated by posting a new page: a material change raises the version attached to the form and cookie notices, which asks you again.
